What will my Account Manager do for me?

Your Account Manager will be your main point of contact while we work on your vacancy. They will talk to you to fully understand your requirements as well as manage and oversee your candidate search. They are also there to answer any questions you might have.

What if I don't have a job description?

No problem! Your Account Manager will be able to help and we’ll send you our guide on how to get the most out of your job advert.

How soon will I receive CVs?

Once your advert is live, it’s not unusual to start seeing CVs in the Client portal, within a day or two.

How much does it cost?

Using Halo Essentials costs £695 + VAT per vacancy advertised. That’s it! Nothing more, but during this special launch period, you’ll pay just £549 + VAT… a saving of over 20%!

How will Halo Essentials save me money?

You only pay, for what you need! There are no long contracts, no hidden costs or adjusting rates. Just one fixed fee, no matter how many candiates you hire!

Can I advertise any job?

Yes! Halo Essentials can be used to advertise any permanent job in any sector or location. You can advertise for permanent or part-time staff at any salary.

How long will you work on my vacancy?

We generally work on a vacancy for 30 days, but you can talk time scales with your Account Manager should you need to make a more urgent appointment.

How do I contact a candidate?

For each candidate you decide to progress, you’ll be provided with a contact telephone number and email address. Candidates are told that you may be in contact with them directly.

How do I pay for the service?

Once we’ve talked through your vacancy and you’re happy to proceed, you’ll receive an invoice, that you can pay either by bank transfer or online payment.
